Ingredients:

∆ 1 cup mango pulp

∆ 3/4 thick plain yogurt

∆ 1/4 cup milk

∆ 1 tablespoon sugar

∆ 6-8 ice cubes

∆ Pistachio

∆ Saffron strands

 

Instructions:

  1. Mix the mango, yogurt, milk and sugar together with ice cubes until it becomes smooth. Then pour the mixture into two glasses and garnish it with saffron leaves and pistachio. Keep it in the refrigerator before serving.
